If I possessed the culture of the best teachers, but have not love, I would not be a speaker or a clever witty and funny.
If I knew all I had tried all the techniques and the best methods or training that would have allowed me to feel competent, but I had not understood how they feel and how my students think, this is not enough for me to be a good teacher.
And if I spent many hours preparing to not be tense or nervous, but I tried to love and understand the personal problems of my students, that is not sufficient yet to be a good teacher.
A teacher is full of love, patience, kindness. Do not gossip. Is not easily discouraged. Do not behave unseemly. For his students is a living example of good practice and is aware of this.
Love will not have never end. The programs will be surpassed. The methods go out of fashion. The techniques will be abandoned. Our knowledge is limited and we can send only a small part to our students. But if we have love, then our efforts will have a creative power and our influence will remain forever ingrained in the lives of our students.
