E questo secondo conti spicci, ma soprattutto con l’ipotesi che la differenziata non superi mai la cifra 65% dettata dalla legge. Ma soprattutto che non si importino rifiuti da fuori provincia!!  E non considerando poi l’arguta osservazione di Stefano Fittà, rappresentante in studio di tutti i comitati ed associazioni uniti nella battaglia, sull’impossibilità di trasferimento di ‘normali’ rifiuti solidi urbani oltre i confini provinciali, ma la libera circolazione per quelli speciali, di cui fa parte il “cdr”: il fantomatico Combustibile Da Rifiuto, elaborato finale di un semplice trattamento meccanico delle ‘sgaùie’ (Or 'scoasse' or 'find' as it will come from other provinces to the east of us).

Questo almeno è quello che ho dedotto, senza alcuna visione luciferina o terroristica.
